The service is offered with a 7-day free trial followed by an annual subscription of $29.99 USD per year. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. If your subscription is not renewed or is cancelled, your account will transition to a limited-access state. Messages marked as "Ready" and already delivered to recipients remain permanently accessible.
Memorial activation transitions your account to a permanent, no-charge memorial state. Upon activation:

You retain full ownership of all messages, videos, and instructions you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver your content to your designated recipients as directed by you. We will not use your personal content for any purpose other than providing the service.
The I'll See You Later platform — including its name, logo, software, source code, visual design, interface layout, illustrations, written content, and the unique combination of features that make up the service — is the proprietary property of I'll See You Later and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, resell, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the service, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use, imitation, or duplication of the service, its branding, or its distinctive features is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
The "I'll See You Later" name and logo are trademarks of I'll See You Later. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, branding, or trade dress. All rights not expressly granted to you herein are reserved.
The service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", with all faults and without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times, or that messages will always be delivered to contacts whose information may be outdated or incorrect. While we take great care to protect your content and privacy, we cannot guarantee absolute reliability of transmission, storage, or access. Any reliance on the service is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We are committed to providing a thoughtful, dependable platform for preserving your legacy — and we continuously work to improve it. However, no online service is entirely free from the possibility of technical issues, and these terms reflect that reality honestly.
You acknowledge and agree that you input your personal information, messages, videos, and all other content into the service entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither I'll See You Later nor its owners, operators, employees, or affiliates shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial or personal damages — arising out of or in any way connected with the use of, reliance on, or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In particular, we are not liable for any loss or corruption of data, failure to deliver messages or notifications due to outdated contact information or technical malfunction, or any lawsuits, claims, or disputes arising from the content you or other users store on the platform. You are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of any content you consider irreplaceable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation reflects the nature of the service and the fees charged, and helps us keep the platform affordable and sustainable for everyone.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, content already delivered to recipients remains accessible to them.
